Together with our Sales Manager, you translate the sales strategy into a step-by-step plan with concrete actions.
You are responsible for managing existing customers, including key accounts, as well as prospecting and acquiring new customers.
As a hands-on project leader you support your customers, acting as a technical advisor and coordinator. You are responsible for the development and production of customized products.
You have full control over your KPIs (sales performance, margins, …) and ensure that your objectives are achieved.
You are the ambassador of the company and welcome our customers to our premises for product and project presentations
Developing new techniques, products and applications
Initiate and recommend product or process improvements
Analyzing new requests from customers on a technical level
Supervise and coordinate test orders together with the quality, production and planning departments
Elaborate and implement technical investment projects after approval

Master’s or bachelor’s degree (Product Developer/Engineer) or equivalent through experience
Analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience and knowledge of the graphic process (color management, prepress, ERP, …) is a plus
You have a good knowledge of MS office
You are Dutch-speaking, and you also speak fluent English. Good knowledge of French is a plus
Complete finishing of self-adhesive labels using automatic finishing machine.

Perform preventive maintenance on the finishing machines.

You are partly responsible for the smooth running of production.
Together with the printer you are responsible for converting the printing press.
You prepare and check the orders according to a schedule and in consultation with the team leader.
You are also responsible for washing the material you use.
You keep an eye on the stock of consumables so that you can perform your tasks properly.
After an intensive training you are able to replace our printers during breaks.
You are the direct point of contact for customers and prospects
You follow orders throughout the organization
You prepare the technical side of files in consultation with other departments
You are responsible for the composition and/or adjustment of the technical data sheet of the label
You manage the various customer specifications and you keep the customer information up to date.
You work closely with our Account Managers and inform them
You inform the concerned departments from A to Z about your current files and you follow up with them further and you communicate with each other where necessary
As a commercial customer service employee you always put the customer first
Reception and guidance of customers at the office and/or relocation
You are very strong in communication and administration. You will have daily contact with different customers
You are Dutch-speaking, but you also speak and write French and English fluently
You are responsible for the ‘quality’ department, where you are in charge of 6 employees.
You ensure compliance with customer requirements in terms of quality standards, safety, health and environment by implementing our group’s quality, safety and environmental policies.
You ensure the correct application of the requirements of the quality standards.
You oversee the operational quality on site (checks, customer complaints, …) and take all necessary measures and corrective actions.
You are responsible for other tasks related to QHSE requirements (audits, HACCP, risk analyses, …).
You maintain and optimize Q documents (procedures, instructions and registrations).
You manage all phases of a smooth and high-quality recruitment process (drafting vacancies, posting on various job channels and social media, taking care of initial screenings, planning and conducting qualification interviews, contacts with temporary employment agencies, …).
You let your creativity run wild to build a talent pool using different sourcing channels.
You ensure timely, accurate and comprehensive reporting of recruitment initiatives.
You are an ambassador for the company and participate in employer branding initiatives, onboarding, job fairs and other initiatives.
Follow-up of the planning and make adjustments in consultation with planning in connection with the printing efficiency
