You are the direct point of contact for customers and prospects (telephone, e-mail)
You follow orders throughout the organization
You prepare the technical side of files in consultation with other departments
You are responsible for the composition and/or adjustment of the technical data sheet of the label
You manage the various customer specifications and you keep the customer information up to date.
You work closely with our Account Managers and inform them about the status of their customers
You inform the concerned departments from A to Z about your current files and you follow up with them further and you communicate with each other where necessary
As a commercial customer service employee you always put the customer first
Reception and guidance of customers at the office and/or relocation
PROFILE
You are very strong in communication and administration. You will have daily contact with different customers as well as with different departments within the company.
You are Dutch-speaking, but you also speak and write French and English fluently
You can maintain an overview and structure in busy situations, you are efficient and stress resistant
You are a real team player and you help your colleagues where necessary; Team work makes the dream work!
You can work independently and you have an eye for detail
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
