What should a smart and interactive POS display look like to win over consumers? Artevelde University of Applied Sciences conducted a survey among Flemish consumers on the acceptance of smart and interactive POS displays in physical shops. The study also examined which features, forms of interaction and applications consumers find most valuable. During this session, the key research findings will be presented, and we will translate these insights into concrete recommendations for the design of future smart POS displays.
