3 ways to invite your network
Order free invitation cards
Order free invitation cards, personalised by company name and with a unique registration code. Distribute these cards or send them to customers, prospects, partners … to promote your presence at Empack.
How does it work?
- Send an email to marketing-empack@easyfairs.com including: contact person, address and number of invitation cards
- You will receive confirmation by e-mail
- We will send you the invitation cards to the address you provide
Invite contacts for free via the database
If you want us to invite customers from your company name, you have the option of providing us with a complete database. We will then send personalised cards from your company name to the contacts in this database.
How does it work?
- Log in to your My Easyfairs account and click on the desired fair name.
- Click on “Manage booth” and go to “Invite customers”.
- Then click on “Invite your customers with a paper mailing” or “Invite your customers with an email”.
- Sign the GDPR documents by clicking the “I am authorised and accept the processor agreement” checkbox.
- You can download the template after signing the GDPR documents.
- Upload your customer database
The unique registration link
If you want to invite online customers, you can simply forward a unique link. When your customers click on this link, they will be taken directly to our registration and can register without a code. It could hardly be easier! Moreover, you can easily see who registers via your registration link.
