Do you have a passion for technology and IT and are you an administrative jack-of-all-trades?

We are looking for a Helpdesk Employee for first-line support for our technical service and IT support department.
In this role you are the first point of contact for customers with technical problems regarding printers and label software.
You help customers quickly and efficiently by telephone or email.

What are you going to do?
Answering incoming telephone calls and emails from customers.
Provide technical support for printers and label software.
Perform triage on the phone and set priorities.
Registering and documenting reports and actions in our ticket system.
Consulting and implementing the planning for technicians.
Referring complex problems to the appropriate second- or third-line specialists.
Keeping track of customer details and open tickets.
Providing advice to customers about the use of our products and services.
