Internal Sales Representative

We are looking for smart, energetic and entrepreneurial colleagues to join our Sales Department. The department consists of a front-line sales team and a back-office team.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a wide range of sales activities, including:

Conducting prospecting and sales conversations with both new and existing customers.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by adapting your approach to different customer groups.
Providing customer-focused sales support, advice and business development.
Responding to customers' technical enquiries in an innovative and creative way, translating their requirements into tailored commercial proposals.
Preparing, issuing and following up quotations and sales orders.
Keeping customer accounts up to date in our ERP/CRM system.
Welcoming customers in our showroom and representing the company at trade fairs across Belgium.
