Accounts Receivable Officer

Would you like to help keep our cash flow healthy while supporting our customers professionally?

Your responsibilities

Manage the accounts receivable portfolio and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Contact customers regarding payment reminders and repayment arrangements.
Work with the Sales and Finance teams to resolve invoice disputes.
Report overdue payments and advise on credit risk.
Process and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships. You ensure timely payment follow-up while balancing excellent customer service with the company's financial interests.
