Your task package consists of:
– Coordinating and scheduling the service engineers. You ensure correct communication
and coordination with customers where service orders are performed.
– Answering the service telephone and proactively following up/monitoring malfunctions
consultation with the service engineers.
– Ensure timely execution of planned activities.
– Preparing, following up, monitoring and checking the work performed
through conversations with the service engineers.
– Providing information for the invoicing of service orders.
– Establish, manage and improve preventive maintenance schedules.
– Co-preparation of spare parts lists.
– Participate periodically in the breakdown service.
– Correspondence with customers and its archiving.
– Supporting the sales and purchasing process in the field of parts.
– Registering and actively resolving complaints and the associated feedback to our
customers and responsible team members.
– Attending (work) meetings and playing an active role in this.
We are looking for a new colleague with an MBO + or HBO completed (electro) technical training. You have computer knowledge and are VCA certified (or want to achieve this). Experience with Exact Globe Synergy is an advantage. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following points:
