You play a key role in the daily operations of the Parts and Service departments. This position is responsible for preparing spare parts quotations, processing orders, coordinating service administration, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and customer focus are essential. Job Description: - Preparing, sending, and following up on spare parts quotations and orders with correct prices, item numbers, and delivery times; and the accurate and proactive follow-up thereof. - Accurately supporting service administration, including creating work orders, scheduling, coordinating technicians, and closing service orders. - Answering customer inquiries via telephone and email. Sales Manager DACH

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Manager Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You are responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for the German speaking market, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and expanding our presence across key industries. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual and in-person customer meetings, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing. The role involves close collaboration with various departments such as project management teams to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions. You will regularly monitor market trends and competitors activity, maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records, and represent Shuttleworth at industry events, trade shows, and customer site visits across Germany and, when needed, neighboring regions.
