Uw speelt een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse werking van de Parts- en Serviceafdelingen. Deze functie is verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van offertes voor wisselstukken, het verwerken van bestellingen, het coördineren van de serviceadministratie en het verzekeren van een vlotte communicatie tussen klanten, techniekers en interne teams. Sales Manager DACH

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Manager Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You are responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for the German speaking market, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and expanding our presence across key industries. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual and in-person customer meetings, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing. The role involves close collaboration with various departments such as project management teams to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions. You will regularly monitor market trends and competitors activity, maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records, and represent Shuttleworth at industry events, trade shows, and customer site visits across Germany and, when needed, neighboring regions.
