REuseLab, the impact lab of the University of Antwerp, is a practice-oriented partner that helps organizations shape the transition to a circular model in which products are reusable, easy to repair, and simple to maintain. We start from a concrete challenge faced by organizations and provide support and advice based on data-driven experiments, scientific research, and multidisciplinary expertise.

What can you expect during the workshop?

Do you already have reusable packaging in circulation and want to better understand the barriers users experience?

Or are you ready to make the transition from single-use to reusable packaging for a specific product?

Successfully implementing reusable packaging is only possible when both the packaging and the return system fit seamlessly into consumers’ daily lives. During this interactive workshop, all stakeholders will temporarily set aside logistical complexity to focus entirely on the ultimate customer experience. Together, we identify hidden barriers and transform your sustainability ambitions into a concrete action plan for successful, value-creating reuse.

After this workshop, you will:

• Understand the key factors that determine the success of reusable packaging.
• Gain practical tools to overcome user barriers and turn your packaging into an attractive added value.

• This workshop is designed for everyone working on the packaging of tomorrow: product and packaging managers, sustainability managers, product developers, designers, brand owners, and manufacturers who want to make reusable packaging a success for their users.
• No prior knowledge is required.
