As a Field Service Engineer, you will ensure that customers receive first-class service and support. You will diagnose and provide technical solutions during repairs and maintenance of Domino equipment, accessories and applications. You go the extra mile, and think along with the customer about future challenges. Some of the duties include:
- Perform preventive maintenance work at customers' premises
- Independently solving malfunctions
- Supporting new installations
- Advising customers on improvements, expansions and innovations
- Proactively initiating actions if necessary
- Creating daily reports
