Speakers corner
LIquid Bulk Container
This collapsible IBC has a sturdy steel frame and removable panels. The container is designed for quick handling, easy cleaning, and efficient use of space during storage and return transport. Suitable for a wide range of liquid products. This IBC is used in combination with a liner bag within a Bag-in-Box system: a hygienic and efficient solution that ensures optimal product quality and minimizes product waste.
Pallet boxes
The pallet box was developed for convenient storage and transport of large-volume cargoes. But the pallet box is also ideal for transporting food products. Our pallet box also perfectly exemplifies the principles of the circular economy. It offers a long service life, and is fully recyclable.
H1 1208 (Closed Pool)
This plastic pallet is the standard version used in the Netherlands and Germany. The sturdy, high-quality pallet is easy to clean. It also perfectly exemplifies the principles of the circular economy. It offers a long service life, and is fully recyclable.
CBL Crates
This durable, reusable plastic crate is available in six sizes. With its long service life and full recyclability at the end of its useful life, it is a much more environmentally friendly alternative to disposable cardboard packaging.
Euro Dolly
This quarter pallet on wheels can be used as a base for POS (point-of-sales) displays or to transport crates and other modular packaging. The dolly can be used throughout the supply chain, eliminating the need for re-packing. And naturally, the dolly facilitates sustainable operations.
HB Adapter Tray
Our Adapter Trays were developed to store and transport Dollies and Rollies used for promotional displays. They can be moved along automatic conveyor belts and stored in warehouse racks.
HB Dolly Steel
This rolling quarter pallet was designed specifically to transport modular packaging from the producer to supermarkets, and is the perfect base for POS (point-of-sales) displays. Its narrow profile doesn’t draw attention from the products on display on the shop floor.
Poolmanagement
Besides the rental of RTIs (Reusable Transport Items), we also offer the service Pool Management, where we take care of the complete management of the packaging pool: registration of RTI movements, transport, collection at the DC, quality control and/or cleaning and shipment. Managing RTIs takes a lot of time. You can outsource this to HB RTS. We take care of the full packaging project management, in order for you to be able to focus on your core business. Packaging project management and the outsourcing of packaging management is particularly interesting for companies that work with multiple retailers or that have partial deliveries to other producers. In case of the latter, we can transfer balances administratively to also reduce transport costs and unnecessary CO₂ emissions. Thanks to our depot structure, we can save many transport kilometers for you. We have various cleaning locations. As a consequence, it is possible to clean and collect the packaging at your chosen location. This saves us more than 100,000 transport kilometers annually, helping us make the supply chain more sustainable. Packaging is our core business. Our team is highly experienced and is in daily contact with all parties involved, such as retailers, suppliers and the pool manager, to ensure that the processes run smoothly. We have specific knowledge and know-how in the field of efficient packaging management. As a supplier, we completely unburden you by planning and handling the returns and balances at your retailers. Everything is tracked in our registration system. This guarantees a very clear and efficient process.
LOOPOS Reusable Display
Every year, thousands of cardboard displays are sent to the retailer. This results in a significant amount of cardboard waste and CO2 emissions. All that cardboard needs to be recycled, and it can only be recycled a limited number of times. That's why we say: recycling is good, but reuse is better! Therefore, HB RTS presents the LOOPOS Reusable Display: a durable, reusable plastic POS display that lasts for years and, at the same time, offers the opportunity for individual brand presentation. Due to the limited use of cardboard, this display makes it possible to reduce the CO2 footprint of promotions on the shop floor by approximately 65% compared to traditional disposable displays.
