Production of flexible packaging DaklaPack is the market leader in the in-house production of a wide range of flexible packaging. Our range includes high-quality stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, safety bags and eye-catching plastic envelopes. All packaging can be customised and printed in full colour using the most advanced techniques.
Filling food, non-food and medical products DaklaPack's filling activities include the specialised processing and filling of both liquids and solids such as pills, powders and granules. These are packaged in various liquid-resistant bags and pouches. Hygiene and safety are essential. We work with modern filling machines, specifically designed for foodstuffs, in carefully audited and cleaned environments.

Bio-based Grip Bags
Biobased grip bags are grip bags made entirely from sugar cane. This makes the biodegradable bags much more sustainable than normal grip bags. Biobased grip bags save a lot of fossil fuel and CO2 emissions. The biodegradable bags can be recognized by the “I'm Green Plastic” logo on each package. This logo serves as proof that the bags are made almost entirely from bio-based material. Almost entirely, because our bio-PE films are extruded on the same machines as polyethylene (PE) based on fossil fuels. They may therefore contain certain negligible amounts of traces of fossil fuels. Furthermore, the stand-up bag comes with a reinforced closure for added strength.

EasyDose®
EasyDose® – The new, user-friendly squeeze-to-activate dosing spout by DaklaPack. This innovative solution ensures accurate dispensing for flexible pouches. The EasyDose® can be applied to various liquid product groups, from personal care and culinary to automotive. The patented design allows precise product flow through the spout, which stops immediately once the sprung activator is released. Additionally, it permits air to return into the pouch, maintaining stability, unlike silicone valve alternatives where air return is not possible.
