The REA JET SC 2.0 is an advanced continuous inkjet (CIJ) printing system, developed in its 3rd generation especially for industrial coding and marking applications. It enables fast and precise printing of 1 to 8-line texts, data, barcodes, Data Matrix codes and logos in good resolution on various materials such as plastic, metal, glass and cardboard. Thanks to the vertical resolution of 48 pixels, even complex print images and codes are reproduced in good quality.

The environmentally friendly inks and economical ink circuit reduce operating costs and protect the environment.

With a print frequency of up to 50 printers per second, the system ensures impressive efficiency. In addition, distances to the product of 70 mm and more, depending on the nozzle size, allow flexible application in the production process. In addition, the system's inks offer a very short drying time of well under 1 second on most surfaces, which supports a smooth and fast production process.
