Successfully Implementing Reusable Packaging: When: September 23, 2026 – 15:00-17:00 Location: Empack Gent 2026 – Flanders Expo Ghent – ​​Skylounge Language: This workshop will be conducted in Dutch REuseLab, the impact lab of the University of Antwerp, is a practice-oriented partner that helps organizations shape the transition to a circular model in which products are reusable, easy to repair, and easy to maintain. What can you expect during the workshop? Do you already have reusable packaging in circulation and do you want to better understand the barriers users experience? Or are you ready to make the switch from disposable to reusable for a specific type of packaging? Successfully implementing reusable packaging only truly succeeds when the packaging and the return service seamlessly align with the consumer's daily life. During this interactive workshop, all stakeholders will set aside logistical complexity for a moment to focus entirely on the ultimate customer experience. Together, we will identify hidden barriers and transform your sustainable ambition into a concrete action plan for successful reuse with added value. After this workshop, you will know which factors determine the success of reusable packaging. You will receive concrete tools to remove user barriers and turn your packaging into attractive added value.
