With the RP100 SimplySafe, RP150, RP300, RP400, and RP2000, ASSA ABLOY offers a complete range of high-speed doors for intralogistics applications. At our stand in Ghent, the RP100 SimplySafe takes center stage: the machine protection door that, since its launch in May 2026, has proven that high quality and simplicity go hand in hand.

The door acts as a physical barrier between the operator and moving machine parts, without slowing down operational speed. Unauthorized access during automatic cycles is prevented, while maintenance, inspections, and manual interventions remain possible in a safe and controlled manner. Thanks to seamless integration with safety interlocks and control and automation systems, the RP100 SimplySafe guarantees a safe restart every time, in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14120, EN 528, and EN 619.

The compact and space-saving design makes the door easy to install, operate, and maintain. The slim profile conceals a robust construction designed for intensive use and high cycle volumes, resulting in minimal downtime. Typical applications include vertical storage in goods lifts and AS/RS, palletizing stations, conveyor and handling systems, and end-of-line packaging and shipping zones.
