Sales Engineer – Packaging, East and West Flanders

Getra NV, located in Wommelgem, belongs to the GETRA Group and employs approximately 55 people. Getra positions itself as a total supplier of packaging machines, marking equipment, gluing systems, and custom projects. Our customers are manufacturing companies in various sectors. In addition to the equipment and installations, we distribute the necessary consumables for our machines. In your role as Sales Engineer Packaging for East and West Flanders, you will sell industrial packaging equipment, comprising both handheld devices and packaging installations. You will act as a technical advisor to customers and propose the best possible solution. In addition to maintaining the existing clientele, you aim to further expand the customer base through structured and targeted prospecting. You are capable of independently managing the entire sales process: prospecting, demonstration, negotiations, quotation, and follow-up, reporting to the Sales Manager.

In your role as Sales Engineer Packaging for East and West Flanders, you will sell industrial packaging equipment, including both hand-held devices and packaging systems. You will act as a technical adviser to customers and propose the best possible solution for them.

As well as maintaining our existing client base, you will seek to further expand it through structured and targeted prospecting. You will be able to manage the entire sales process independently: prospecting, demonstrations, negotiations, quotations and follow-up, whilst reporting to the Sales Manager.
