Over the years, trading company PD has ensured that our brands are indispensable in the food, medical, technical, special, UHP and cryogenic gases sector in the Netherlands and Belgium.
That is why our mission from the outset is: an industrial-technical wholesaler in gas technology. Started small, we have grown into a partner of several renowned manufacturers with leading brands. We translate the needs of the market to the manufacturer, advise customers on the application of gas fittings and equipment.

Inline leak detection /leak testing of food packages based on CO2 A worldwide unique speed of up to max. 15 cycles per minute provides 100% leak testing / leak detection of your production. With state-of-the-art technology, LEAK-MASTER® MAPMAX ensures the detection of even the smallest of leaks in single modified atmosphere packages or complete shipping cases. If a leak is detected, various options for communications are available - for example setting off an alarm or activating a pusher for the leaky package.

Leakmaster Easy
Package Leak Detection / Leak Testing system using a water-based bubble leak test. LEAK-MASTER® EASY allows the detection even of the smallest of leaks in packages and a seal integrity test. After the package is placed into the test chamber filled with water, the head space above the water level is evacuated. This is done with the help of a compressed air operated Venturi nozzle (optionally also with electric vacuum pump). Thus, the package immersed in the water inflates, allowing any leaks and their location to be identified by a stream of bubbles.

Cordless hand held oxygen or combined oxygen and carbon dioxide analyser for checking modifi ed atmospheres in food packs. The ideal instrument for portable, faster and accurate sample tests at the packaging machine, in stores or in laboratories. OXYBABY® M+ a cost effective mobile alternative to tabletop / fi xed analysers. Ensure that the quality of packaged product is maintained (HACCP), guaranteeing continued customer satisfaction. The ideal instrument for sample tests with a minimum sample gas requirement, allowing the smallest of modifi ed atmosphere packages (MAP) to be tested. Integrated data log of the last 100 measurements assigned to specifi c product names or line numbers.
