Hitachi UX series
For more than 40 years, Hitachi has developed and produced high-quality inkjet printers based on the continuous inkjet (CIJ) principle for industrial coding. Hitachi industrial inkjet printers are high speed printers, ideal for a wide range of applications. They are suitable for adding dates, logos, barcodes, lot numbers, and data matrix codes. This makes the Hitachi UX series the perfect solution for complex and standard applications. The Hitachi UX printer is a very complete model with very high reliability and efficiency. It is easy to use and has Eco-friendly performance.
Hitachi UX-2 Safeclean
The Hitachi UX-2 is an automatic printhead cleaning unit with a patented printhead that collects ink dust and satellite droplets. The user interface is intuitive and modern, with animated help videos and an efficient OPC-UA interface for network integration. The UX-2 has low solvent consumption and is MEK-free, making an important contribution to Hitachi's environmental protection strategy. In addition, the UX-2 has a cleaning station that automatically cleans the print head.
Hitachi / Arca Laser
Laser coding is an extremely reliable and efficient form of contactless coding, in which a permanent (indelible) code is applied to a product or packaging using a laser. Laser technology makes it possible to permanently code various materials such as glass, ceramics, rubber, plastic, paper or coated and uncoated metals with extreme accuracy and high speed. Laser coding is therefore a popular solution for coding products and packaging in various industries, where quality and reliability are of great importance.
Collamat Linerfree
Linerless labeling is a modern method in which labels are applied directly from the roll to products without backing paper. This means no waste is generated. This technique is often used in the food industry, especially for meat and fish packaging, but is also suitable for other applications. It offers a very high processing speed (up to 120 pieces per minute) and is ideal for large-scale production. Linerless labeling delivers environmental savings through waste reduction and inventory space savings.
Collamat S-series
Due to their modular design, all Collamat S-Series label applicators can be fitted with a range of different print options to allow print-and-apply operation. Whether you want to print the entire label or just overprint a batch code and expiry date, Martek can offer a choice of print options. Valentin and SATO print engines can print entire labels in thermal transfer or direct thermal mode at 200, 300 or 600dpi resolution. Using Martek's inline accumulator, labels can be printed at a lower speed than the application speed to optimise print quality on high-speed production lines. Valentin thermal transfer coders and our EBS, UBS and REINER inkjet printers can also be fitted to overprint a small area of variable onto labels. Printers can be retro-fitted should your requirements change.

Arca tamper evident
Industrial automatic labeling machines and labeling systems for the application of 1 seal tamper evident labels for the chemical, cosmetic, beverage and food sectors at high productivity. The anti-counterfeiting adhesive label guarantees the uniqueness of the brand and protects the consumer. Tiflex R4 1000
