Band Sealers

Band sealers use the principle of conduction, where fixed heating elements heat the bags by direct contact through a pair of heater bands.
These bands have high thermal conductivity and move in perfect synchronisation with transport belts. The width of the seal with this new model is a generous 14 mm.

Compared to the previous models, the band sealers offer an increased lifetime, an easy setup, require low maintenance and their high power allows to seal thicker bags at higher speeds.

Band sealers apply themselves to wet products where other sealers fall short. Thick DOY packs, Aluminium bags, also Medial and food applications where a thicker assured looking seal is required.
