How to promote my exhibition participation?

For the event

  • Receive your exhibitor package: distribute your invitations and affix the stickers to your documents.
  • Activate your “My Easyfairs” account and complete your exhibitor profile.
  • Place a banner and/or logo on your website and in your email communications. Download them via My Easyfairs.
  • Send an email invitation based on our template to your customers and prospects. Don’t forget your personal URL!
  • Promote your participation via social media and tag Empack. #Empack2026

During the event

  • Place your Smart Badge reader in a visible location to collect as many leads as possible.
  • Organise activities at your stand because enthusiasm works: a competition, drinks, handing out goodie bags, etc.
  • Had an interesting conversation with a lead? Scan the badge with Visit Connect and you will immediately have access to their details.
