K-Net Semi-automatic filling machine
The K-Net is a semi-automatic filling machine that can fill most liquids. This machine can be equipped with an optional screwing system.
VSA - Independent capper
The VSA is an automatic screwing machine that can integrate up to 2 screwing systems (driving, capping, screwing). The cap is fed manually onto the product.

Ninon Mix - Automatic Labeller
The Ninon Mix is an automatic labelling machine. It can integrate up to 5 labelling stations. The Ninon Mix labelling machine applies adhesive labels to cylindrical, conical, oval and rectangular products. It is a very versatile labelling machine.

E-Fill - Packaging monobloc
The E-Fill is a monobloc that allows the filling, screwing and labelling of small cylindrical containers (from 5ml to 1L). This monobloc is versatile and allows you to automate the packaging of your products. The E-Fill is easy to use and adapts to most of the products to be dosed.

Ninette 1
The CDA Ninette 1 is a semi-automatic labelling machine that allows precise and efficient adhesive labelling of cylindrical products such as wine and beer bottles, cans, tins, bottles, vials, jars, etc. Its labelling rate can reach up to 8 products/minute or 600 bottles/hour.

K-Line S
The K-Line S is an automatic dosing and filling machine capable of processing various types of liquids. It handles products of varying viscosities, from fluid to foamy, thick, or pasty liquids. Depending on the viscosity of the product to be filled, it will be equipped with the most appropriate pump. Equipped with a magnetic or mass flow meter, this machine features a pressurized tank and a highly valued self-cleaning system. With exceptional precision, the K-Line S guarantees automatic product centering and offers 2 to 8 filling nozzles (with optional immersion nozzles for foamy products), achieving filling speeds of up to 2,500 liters per hour.

Ninette Auto
The CDA Ninette Auto is an ultra-compact semi-automatic adhesive labelling machine that allows you to apply up to two labels on all cylindrical products such as bottles, vials, jars, buckets, jars, etc. With a production rate of up to 600 products per hour, the control of this semi-automatic labeller is managed by an intuitive touch screen. The semi-automatic labelling machine appeals to very small businesses and SMEs looking for a labelling solution for their small productions.

Ninon 1500/2500
CDA’s Ninon 1500/2500 range are automatic labelling machines that can apply up to four labels to a wide range of cylindrical products (bottles, jars, buckets, cans, tins, vials, etc.). Designed for medium and large productions, a timing system ensures fast, accurate and efficient product labelling, allowing up to 50 products per minute to be labelled. The product accumulation table at the exit of the conveyor offers real comfort to the operator. An automatic labeller from the Ninon 1500 / 2500 range can be used independently or on a complete packaging line.

E-Fill SW - Automatic filling, capping and labelling monoblock
The E-Fill SW monobloc from CDA is designed to fill, cap, and label bottles containing a variety of liquid and viscous products, including e-liquids, essential oils, flavors, colorants, pharmaceutical reagents, and many more. It supports formats ranging from 5 ml to 250 ml (other formats can be validated based on the project and desired production rates).

K-Net Auto - Automatic filler
The K-Net Auto is an automatic filling machine designed and manufactured by CDA. This versatile packaging machine features a stainless steel conveyor, ensuring compliance with the highest hygiene standards. It is specifically adapted for dosing various liquids, with the capability to integrate a specific dosing system based on the nature of the product being packaged.

C-Pills - Capsule and film-coated tablet counting machine
The C-Pills is a semi-automatic capsule and tablet counter, designed by CDA. It caters specifically to the pharmaceutical, food, and animal industries. This machine stands out due to its durable construction, utilizing high-quality materials such as polished stainless steel, glass, and food-grade plastic (POM c).

DAISY automatic labeller
The Daisy is an innovative automatic machine from CDA, designed to separate adhesive labels from their backing in order to recycle glassine. After the belt has passed, a simple button starts the cycle: the labels are peeled off and wound onto a mandrel, while the glassine is recovered in roll form. This process allows for easy recycling of the glassine, transformed into reusable resources such as insulation. Compact and flexible, the Daisy adapts to different roll formats and can be configured for multi-station needs. It helps companies adopt an eco-responsible approach.
