Folding crates

At Alpac you will find folding crates of high quality. With us you will find, among other things, folding crates that are compatible with the following pallet dimensions: 600 x 800 mm (half a euro) and 800 x 1200 mm (euro). Alpac is a specialist in the field of sustainable material handling solutions and has a suitable folding crate for every application. Foldable crates realize a large volume when unfolded and a volume gain of more than 75% when folded. This is ideal for transport or storage, for example.

Pallets

Plastic pallets come in different sizes and types. Due to the many logistical applications, many different plastic pallets have come onto the market over the years. From lightweight pallets for export to heavy duty pallets for high-bay racking. At Alpac you will find plastic pallets that suit every budget and are suitable for all kinds of applications.

Pallet boxes

The Alpac pallet boxes are versatile and can be used, for example, for transporting foodstuffs, fruit and vegetables, but also bulk goods and electronics. We offer plastic pallet boxes in various sizes and designs. Almost all plastic pallet boxes can be fitted with legs, sliding slats, wheels, a ball valve or drain plug, divisions, label holders and support lids.

Dolly's

Alpac's plastic box trolleys are light and strong and can move a load of up to 450 kg. Thanks to four swivel wheels or two fixed and two swivel wheels, they are easy to steer and can be taken along for safe transport. Container trolleys prevent direct contact between the containers/boxes and the work floor. Alpac offers a very complete range of plastic container trolleys. You can choose from various dimensions, colours, strength, wheel designs, etc.

Bakken & Kratten

At Alpac we have an extensive range of plastic containers and crates. Bins and crates are not only used for transporting goods and products, but also for other practical purposes. Think of storage of articles in a warehouse or garage, but these bins also come into their own in the food industry. Our range includes: stacking bins, nest-stacking bins, distribution bins, folding crates, folding crates and storage bins.

Foldable pallet boxes

Foldable pallet boxes consist of 3 elements, namely: a plastic pallet with a closed top deck, a plastic sleeve and a support lid. Using a closure system, the sleeve can be secured to both the pallet and the lid. When folded, the lid can be secured on the pallet.

Dolly Max Systeem

The Dolly Max System is the most innovative roll container system on the market. This versatile and practical system improves handling and reduces CO2 emissions compared to other systems, such as the traditional roll container. The complete system consists of three essential parts: the Dolly Max (dolly/roller tray), the load and the pallet cover. Dolly Max: The next generation transport dolly/roller tray. This dolly is equipped with 2 swivel wheels and 2 fixed wheels, with a choice of 100 or 125 mm diameter. Braking is easy with just one push of a button. Load: The system can consist of three types of loads. Plastic containers are suitable for separating goods. A sleeve is ideal for bulky or loose items. In addition, it is possible to combine the plastic containers and the sleeve. Pallet cover: The safest, most versatile and cost-effective way to secure the load on the Dolly Max is by using the pallet cover. You can easily attach the integrated tension straps in the lid to the Dolly Max, making the use of wrapping foil, among other things, unnecessary.

Maxifold

The Maxifold, the new version of the Smartbox, is robust, reliable and perfect for your logistical challenges. When folded, the box is only 32 cm high, which saves a lot of space. The large and small unpacking flaps provide easy access to the contents. Furthermore, the Maxifold is available with various accessories, including a lid and a tracker for precise tracking of the box.
